Please read carefully: By purchasing any service from X-MOD STORE, you agree to this refund policy.
Most digital services are non-refundable once delivered.
1. 24-Hour Window
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a refund for eligible services. After 24 hours, no refunds will be processed unless otherwise specified in this policy.
2. Eligible for Refund
We will issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- Service not delivered within 48 hours of purchase
- Technical error on our side preventing service delivery
- Duplicate payment charged twice for same service
- Wrong amount charged (refund of overcharged amount only)
3. NOT Eligible for Refund
No refunds will be issued for:
- Services that have been already delivered successfully
- Wrong UID provided by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Game ban/suspension of your Free Fire account
- Delay in delivery due to game server issues
- Third-party issues (payment gateway delays, etc.)

5. How to Request a Refund
- 1 Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Telegram (floating button on homepage)
- 2 Provide your Transaction ID (found in your order history)
- 3 Explain the reason for refund request
- 4 Attach screenshots if applicable (delivery failure, error messages)
- 5 Wait for our team to review (response within 24-48 hours)
6. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Store Credit: Instant (added to your wallet balance)
- Original Payment Method: 3-7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
- Cryptocurrency: 24-48 hours
7. Dispute Resolution
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend your account permanently
- Block your UID from all future services
- Reverse any services already delivered
Please contact us first – we will always try to resolve your issue fairly.
8. Chargebacks
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any chargeback initiated against X-MOD STORE will result in:
- Permanent account termination
- Legal action for fraud
- Blacklisting of your UID, email, and payment method
